    Concept / Product Idea

    The communication stage is the first milestone in your ODM/OEM journey. Before meeting with Huux, be sure to gather up all your project requirement and drawing or just sketch.

    Proposal / DFM

    Our engineer team will release a proposal / Design For Manufacturing report to you after reviewing your product idea and product drawing. At this stage, both your company and Huux will discuss further to ensure the product design is feasible for manufacturing with reasonable cost.

    Working Sample / Functional Prototype

    Huux will submit working sample / functional prototype to you for your approval. You will check your product idea physically. At this stage, we have the chance to change your design or requirement before tooling start.

    Design

    After you are satisfied with the working sample, we will officially start the design process for both mechanical and electric.

  • 5

    Qualification / FAI

    You will get the First Article for Inspection.

  • 6

    New Product Mass Production

    After qualification done / first article approved, we will start mass production and finalize packaging method as per your requirement.

  • 7

    Launch

    Once mass production is complete, we will coordinate the launch of your product, ensuring it reaches the market smoothly and efficiently.
